Compound 18 9 (4.0g, 14.4mmol) was dissolved in IPA (25mL). 20 Ethyl thioxamate (1.60g, 12.0mmol) and 146 NaHCOCompound 18 9 (4.0g, 14.4mmol) was dissolved in IPA (25mL). 20 Ethyl thioxamate (1.60g, 12.0mmol) and 146 NaHCOTo a solution of 145 10 (2.23g, 7.1mmol) in 148 AcOEt (15mL) was added 149 trifluoroacetic acid (1.6mL, 21.3mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3h. Then, the solution was evaporated, and the residue was triturated with Et2O, filtrated and dried in vacuo to give compound 21 11 as a paint yellow solid (1.62g, 91%), which is pure enough for the next step. mp: 148-151C; 1H NMR (300MHz, CDCl3): delta 4.32 (s, 2H), 4.21 (m, 5H), 3.32 (s, 2H), 2.76 (s, 2H), 1.41 (s, 2H), 1.32 (s, 3H); MS (ESI) m/z: 213.2 [M+H]+.
