Benzenecarboximidamide, hydrochloride, hydrate (1:1:?) Use and Manufacturing

Peptidase inhibitor. Benzoamidine hydrochloride is a reversible trypsin, tryptase, and serine protease inhibitor. A concentration of approximately 1 mM can be used for general protease inhibition. In order to inhibit yeast protease, a concentration range of 0.5-4.0 mM can be used, which is largely interchangeable with pepsin inhibitor (pepstatin A). In addition to being a strong trypsin inhibitor competitor, benzamidine hydrochloride has also been Proven to be a powerful competitive inhibitor of thrombin and plasmin (thrombin and plasmin). It has also been found that benzamidine hydrochloride as aprotinin can effectively prevent the degradation of glucagon in degraded human plasma.
