Compound 2 (0.92 g, 1.71 mmol) was placed in a round bottom flask (10 mL).Add 90percent H2SO4 (2 mL) dropwise, The mixture was stirred and refluxed for 2 h in an oil bath at 85 ° C. After the reaction was completed, it was taken out and cooled, and poured into water (50 mL).Ammonia water adjusts the alkali to pH=9, and a red solid precipitates. After cooling, it is filtered, and the solid is washed twice with water.Compound 3 (0.34 g, 86.8percent) was obtained.Compound 3 (0.34 g, 1.47 mmol) in toluene (8 mL) was placed in a three-neck flask (25 mL).DMF (0.1 mL) and SOCl 2 (0.36 mL, 5 mmol) were added sequentially under ice bath.After the completion of the dropwise addition, the reaction solution was transferred to a 65 C oil bath, and the reaction was stirred under reflux for 3 h.After monitoring the reaction, the filtrate was concentrated and separated by column chromatography (30:1 petroleum ether / ethyl acetate).Pure compound 4 (164 mg, 43.1%) was obtained.
