The product is prepared by diazotization of 2-chloro-5-amino-4-sulfonic acid benzoic acid and β-naphthol, followed by calcium salt precipitation. Reaction equation operation process Add 800L water and 115L 33% caustic solution to the reactor, add 252kg diazo component, make the reaction liquid appear bright yellow, pH value is about 7.0, then add 131L 40% sodium nitrite solution, filter , And put the filtrate into a reaction kettle with 500L water, 600L 5mol/L hydrochloric acid and 300kg ice for diazotization reaction. The temperature is 7-10℃, nitrous acid is slightly excessive and 350L of water is added. Adjust the temperature to 10℃ for standby. Add 950L of 33% caustic soda solution to 3000L of 25°C water, add 150kg of β-naphthol and stir, adjust the volume to 5000L for use. Add the diazonium emulsion to the β-naphthol solution within 45 min. The end β-naphthol is slightly excessive and stirred for 2 hours, and 413 kg of sodium chloride and 300 L of water are added for salting out and stirring overnight. Filter press can obtain 1200~1300kg filter cake. Add the filter cake to 1500L of 60°C water. Stir and lower the temperature to 54°C, filter to obtain a solution volume of 2500L, add ice and cool to 29°C. Add 1500L of water, 170kg of calcium chloride and 700kg of salt to another kettle, adjust the volume to 2700L, filter and clarify at 18℃, add the prepared dye solution within 40min, raise the temperature to 24℃, and stir overnight. Heat to 70°C and filter, and dry at 55-60°C to obtain 200kg of product.
