5-Chloromethyl-1H-tetrazole Use and Manufacturing

Preparation of 50ml three-necked flask was charged with 2.85gN- (4-cyclopropylnaphthyl-1-yl) -2-formylhydrazino-1-thiocarboxamide, 1.4g of 5- (chloromethyl) -1H-tetrazole, 2.5g of triethylamine, 20ml of N, N-dimethylformamide, reaction at 40 C for 8h, confirmed by TLCEnd of reaction. After the reaction, the reaction solution was added to water to precipitate a solid. After filtration, the filter cake was washed with water and then the volume ratio was 25:A mixed solution of 75 ethyl acetate and n-heptane was recrystallized, and the wet product was dried at 50 C. for 8 hours to obtain 3.1 g of a solid with a yield of 88%.
