Methods of Manufacturing

It is obtained by phosgenation of o-chlorophenol. The phosgenation reaction uses gasoline as the solvent, and the reaction temperature does not exceed -10°C. Before phosgene is passed, o-chlorophenol is prepared into sodium salt. The pH of the reaction solution is 8-9 at the end of the reaction.
