40 g of 2-isopropyl-4-chloromethylthiazole hydrochloride (IV) was added to 100 ml of water and stirred to dissolve.400ml of 40percent monomethylamine solution was added dropwise, and after the addition was complete, the temperature was maintained at 25-30°C for 1 hour.After the reaction is complete, it is extracted with 2 x 400 ml of chloroform, and the organic layers are combined and washed three times with 40 ml of water.The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and filtered.The product was concentrated to give 28.2 g of 2-isopropyl-4-(methylaminomethyl)thiazole (V) in a yield of 88percent and a purity of 99percent.In 250ml flask was added 4-chloro-2-isopropyl-methylthiazole 9 g, 40percent methylamine aqueous solution 100mL, was heated to 50-60
