Acid Yellow 11 Use and Manufacturing
Using aniline and 3-methyl-1-(p-sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolone [3-methyl-1-(p-sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolone] as raw materials, diazotizing aniline with The latter is coupled to obtain a product, which is salted out, filtered, dried and crushed to obtain a finished product. . Add 560L water, 163kg hydrochloric acid (30%) and 55.8kg aniline (100%) to the diazonium pot and stir to dissolve, add ice to cool to 0℃, then add 30% sodium nitrite solution (containing NaNO2 41.4kg) to maintain 0 -2°C, react for 30 min. Dilute to 1100L with water. Add 900L of water and 60kg of soda ash into the coupling pot, and heat to dissolve (about 60°C). Then add 154.2 kg of 3-methyl-1-(p-sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolone, and after dissolution, add 10% soda ash solution (containing 48 kg of soda ash). Add ice to cool to 2-3°C, and add the above diazonium solution within 30-40 minutes. After adding, continue to stir for 2h, then heat to 80°C, add salt, and perform salting out. Cool to below 45°C, filter and dry to obtain about 460kg of product.
Mainly used for dyeing wool fabrics and silk in acetic acid bath, nylon dyeing in formic acid bath, and leather. It can also be made into a lake. It is used for coating and surface coloring on paper, and can also be used for coating of lacquers, medicine, cosmetics and plastics such as polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene.
