Methods of Manufacturing

The reaction equation for the synthesis of bis-di-n-butylaminodisulfide is as follows: (n-C4H9)2NH+S2Cl2→[(n-C4H9)2NS-]2+2HCl, add di-n-butylamine, sodium hydroxide solution and Xylene, sulfur monochloride was added under stirring, the reaction was exothermic. After the addition was completed, it was stirred for 1 hour, and the water layer was separated by standing. The oil layer was washed with dilute hydrochloric acid and water until neutral. The reaction equation for the synthesis of di-n-butylaminosulfur chloride is as follows: [(n-C4H9)2NS-]2+SO2Cl2→2(n-C4H9)2NSCl+SO2↑Add di-n-butylamino disulfide to the reactor Xylene solution, stirring, adding sulfuryl chloride, the reaction is exothermic, and the reaction is continued for 0.5h after addition, to obtain di-n-butylamino sulfur chloride in toluene solution.
