Basic Violet 21 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 1, 3, 3-trimethyl-2-methyleneindoline-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester and p-(N-methyl p-ethoxy) benzaldehyde as raw materials, condense the two in acidic medium Get the product. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Cationic Violet F3RL is suitable for the dyeing of acrylic fibers and the printing of fabrics. The ground color can be pulled out of white, and it can also be used for the dyeing of acrylic blended fabrics. Dyeing acrylic fiber has bright blue and purple color, rich color, good dyeing depth. It can also be color-matched with cationic orange G (CIBasic Orange 21). When used for dyeing blended fabrics, wool, nylon, polyester, viscose fibers, etc. are rarely stained.

3H-Indolium, 2-[2-[4-[(4-ethoxyphenyl)methylamino]phenyl]ethenyl]-5-(methoxycarbonyl)-1,3,3-trimethyl-, chloride (1:1): INACTIVE
