Description
Colorless to light-yellow liquid; peachlike odor. Soluble in 4–5 volumes of 60% alcohol; soluble in benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, and most fixed oils. Combustible. Δ-Undecalactone has a creamy, peach-like aroma.
