Pigment Yellow 83 Use and Manufacturing
Reaction equation operating method Add 200 kg of water, 3, 3'-dichlorobenzidine hydrochloride 16.3 kg, 35% hydrochloric acid 16 kg into the diazotization reactor, cool to 0～5℃, add 25% sodium nitrite The solution is 28.4 kg, reacted for 30 minutes, decolorized with activated carbon to destroy excess sodium nitrite, filtered, and prepared with diazonium salt for coupling. 29.91g of 2, 5-dimethoxy-4-chloroacetoacetanilide was mixed with 500kg of water and 10kg of 40% sodium hydroxide, 50kg of sodium acetate was added, and 85kg of formic acid was added dropwise. Coupling with diazonium salt at 5～10℃, continue to stir for 30～60min, heat up to 90～95℃ and maintain for 30～60min. The product is filtered and dried.
