Methods of Manufacturing

From the reaction of benzaldehyde and diethyl aniline. Put the benzaldehyde and N, N-diethylaniline into the reaction pot, add sulfuric acid and urea with stirring, slowly increase the temperature to 115-117℃, stir and react for 48h, then cool to 100-105℃ and recover the diethyl group by steam distillation aniline. Cool down to 70-80°C, add hydrochloric acid to dissolve all, and the obtained bis(4-diethylaminobenzene)phenylmethane hydrochloride can be used for the production of disinfectant bright green.
