Nitrovin
Nitrovin Use and Manufacturing
It is prepared by condensation of 5-nitrofurfural with acetone and aminoguanidine carbonate in the presence of zinc chloride. The yield can reach more than 50%, and the content should be more than 98% according to the regulations of Japan's "Regulations on Pharmaceuticals for Animals".
Nitrofurene hydrazone is a growth promoter for livestock and poultry, which has the effect of promoting the growth of drought and improving the feed conversion rate. After many years of application in many countries, it has proved to have good results. Feeding with 20ppm of this product will increase weight by 7% and increase feed conversion rate by 5% from the beginning of the pigs to the market. It has no effect on pig health, carcass quality, and meat taste. This product also promotes the growth of lambs and broilers. The oral LD50 of rats is more than 10 g/kg, and that of mice is more than 6.4 g/kg. This product is not absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract and rarely remains in tissues.
