Anise oil Use and Manufacturing
Spices. It is mainly used directly for cooking and seasoning, and is also an important raw material for preparing five-spice powder or for extracting essential oils. It is mainly used for the extraction of anethole, and also for the preparation of flavoring agents for beverages, food, tobacco, etc. and medicine; my country GB2760-96 stipulates that it is an allowable food flavor. It is mostly used in bakery, candy, alcohol, carbonated drinks and tobacco, etc. It is also the raw material for extracting edible anethole and anisaldehyde. For food spice. It can be used for baked food, candy, carbonated drinks, alcohol, toothpaste and tobacco. The usage amount is 230mg/kg in baked food; 190mg/kg in candy; 98mg/kg in cold drinks; 50mg/kg in alcoholic beverages; 20-55mg/kg in meat; 12mg/kg in beverages; 8.0mg in syrup /kg. In fact, the main purpose is to isolate anisole from it and further process it into anisaldehyde and anisyl alcohol.
