Methods of Manufacturing

It is obtained by pressing the fresh peel of the grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) of the Rutaceae family. The yield is about 0.6%. It is mainly produced in the United States, West Indies and France, and a small amount is produced in Israel.

Uses

GB 2760-96: Permissible food spices. Mainly used for refreshing beverages, jams, jellies, candy and enhancing the aroma of lemon, orange, etc.
