Methods of Manufacturing

From o-toluidine through sulfonation system. The sulfonation reaction is carried out in the solvent diphenyl sulfone, heated to 150-185°C, and the reaction proceeds violently. After the reaction is over, the product is dissolved with lye to remove the solid diphenyl sulfone, and then the finished product is obtained through operations such as distillation, water washing, filtration, and acidification. The yield is 98%.
