Methods of Manufacturing

By the reaction of manganese and acetic acid. Soak the metal manganese with 5% acid elimination for 5 minutes, and then rinse it with distilled water several times until the pH value is 8. Then, acetic acid is added for synthesis reaction, and crude manganese acetate is prepared first, and then a small amount of activated carbon is added to remove iron, lead and other metal ions. Then filter, the filtrate is adjusted to pH 3-4 with acetic acid (chemically pure), evaporated to a relative density of 1.30, then cooled, crystallized, centrifuged, and dried (below 50°C) to obtain the finished product. Uses

This product is a raw material for polyester resin-a catalyst for high temperature oxidation of xylene. It can also be used as dyeing mordant, desiccant for paints and varnishes, and catalyst for oxidation process.
