Methods of Manufacturing

The intermediate product (C) 15.0g (119.82mmol), and the HCl 4.36g (119.82mmol) were suspended in the EtOH 470 mL and it mixed reflux under the nitrogen air current for 12 hours in 70 °C. It extracts in the dichloromethane anddistilled water after the completion of reactionand the organic layer the silica gel is filtered.Hexane the organic solvent is removed: ethylacetate = 7: it was the silica gel column to 3(v/v) and the intermediate product (D) 20.64g(yield :86percent) was obtained.
