Methods of Manufacturing

The preparation method is to add 1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and phosphorus pentoxide to the reactor, and heat to control the reaction temperature to 200°C. During the reaction, low boilers are evaporated, and the reaction is over. After vacuum distillation, the fraction of 144~150℃/600Pa is collected to be 3, 4, 5, 6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride.

Uses

Used for light-colored or air-drying alkyd resins, light-stabilized unsaturated polyesters, curing agents for epoxy resins, putty resins, PE resins, solvent-free paints, antifouling paints, HF-grade insulating paints, quick-drying at room temperature or Production of anaerobic adhesives, EPS plasticizers, pesticide clotrimazole, azamethrin.
