Direct Red 75 Use and Manufacturing
Take p-nitroaniline o-sulfonic acid and gamma acid as the main raw materials, firstly diazotize p-nitroaniline o-sulfonic acid, couple with gamma acid, after reduction, with phosgene or bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate The product is obtained by condensation, and the finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing.
Direct light fast pink BK is used for dyeing and direct printing of cotton and viscose fiber fabrics, and it is pink. It has good level dyeing and migration, and the dyeing rate is average. After dyeing, it is usually treated with fixing agent Y to improve the wet fastness, but the color light is slightly blue. It is also used for the dyeing and printing of silk, wool, and nylon fabrics, as well as the high-temperature dyeing of polyester and viscose blended fabrics with disperse dyes.
