Methods of Manufacturing

Using 1-naphthol as raw material, it is obtained by coupling and reduction. First, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid is dissolved in sodium carbonate aqueous solution, cooled to below 15°C, and sodium nitrite is used in the presence of concentrated hydrochloric acid to prepare p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid diazonium salt. Then, the 1-naphthol sodium salt solution and the diazonium salt solution were coupled at 5-6°C. Then add sodium sulfonate and heat to 70°C for reduction, cool and filter, and wash the obtained crystal with 1% sodium sulfonate aqueous solution.
