This product is a synthetic substitute for atropine. It has antispasmodic, reduces gastric acid secretion, and can relieve hyperactivity of the digestive tract. Its intensity of action is similar to that of atropine. It is used to treat duodenal ulcer, acute gastritis and pyloric spasm.
