Description

Digitoxin is an effective Na+/K+-ATPase inhibitor, the EC50 value of Digitoxin is 0.78 μM.IC50 value: 0.78 μM (EC50)Target: Na+/K+-ATPasein vitro: Digitoxin shows a significantly cytotoxic effect in H1975 cells by causing G2 phase arrest, also remarkably activates 5' adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK). Moreover, Digitoxin suppresses microtubule formation through decreasing α-tubulin. Digitoxin effectively depresses the growth of TKI-resistance NSCLC H1975 cells by in

Drug Function and Efficacy

1. Positive inotropic effect: selectively binds to Na--K-ATPase on myocardial cell membrane, inhibits its activity, increases Ca2 concentration in myocardial cells, and thus enhances myocardial contractility; 2. Negative frequency effect: improves hemodynamic state, slows heart rate, delays atrioventricular conduction, and can directly inhibit the cardiac conduction system at high doses; 3. Cardiac electrophysiological effect: reduces sinoatrial node autonomy, increases Purkinje fiber autonomy, slows atrioventricular node conduction velocity, and may change arrhythmia characteristics.

This ingredient has been used in drugs with the following functions (note: it does not mean that the ingredient itself has the following health functions)
