Acid blue 62 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Taking bromamine acid and cyclohexylamine as raw materials, the two are condensed under alkaline conditions to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing. . Add 0.7mol bromamic acid, 8.5 mol cyclohexylamine, 2.95mol sodium hydroxide and 0.05mol copper sulfate, 55g activated carbon, 5800mL water into the reactor, heat to 95-100℃, boil and reflux for 18-20h, then distill the excess Cyclohexylamine, filtered while hot, and the filtrate was salted out with salt, filtered and dried to obtain about 204g of dye. Or add 60L water, 16kg bromamine acid, 12.1kg cyclohexylamine into the reaction pot, stir and make slurry, then add 0.15kg CuSO4, 0.15kg FeSO4, 3kg liquid caustic soda (42%), 0.7kg activated carbon, and heat up to 75℃ to react for 4h , And then heated to 85 ℃ for 2h. The excess cyclohexylamine is evaporated, filtered while hot, and the filtrate is salted out with salt, filtered, dried, and crushed to obtain the dye.

Uses

It is used for dyeing wool, nylon and silk thick fabrics, as well as direct printing of wool and silk. It can also be used for dyeing leather.
