Methods of Manufacturing

Tetracarboximide is obtained from 1, 8-naphthimide by alkali fusion, and then deaminated with concentrated sulfuric acid to form anhydride. Raw material consumption quota: 1, 8-naphthalene anhydride (raw material for 1, 8-naphthimide) 2120kg/t, potassium hydroxide (96%) 6000kg/t, concentrated sulfuric acid 20000kg/t.

Uses

For enamel paint, polyurethane and polyester paint, etc.
