A method for synthesizing selenomethionine by a one-pot method is provided, the steps comprising: weighed 3.95g of selenium powder is added to a 250mL four-necked bottle, added 100mL of THF solution, and stirred at room temperature to became a selenium powder suspension, then passed N2, added LiH in batches under the protection of N2 atmosphere, heated and stirred for 4h. Then, 12 g of N-Carbobenzoxy-L-homoserine Lactone lactone was added to the reaction solution, and the reaction was refluxed overnight, and the mixture was allowed to stand to cool to room temperature, and then the mixture was cooled to an internal temperature of -25 C, and a total of 1.6g of LiH solid was added to the reaction solution in small amounts under nitrogen protection; take 7.9 g of methyl trifluoromethanesulfonate, which was dissolved in 20 mL of THF, then added to the reaction solution, reacted overnight, and allowed to stand until the internal temperature rose to room temperature; heated and stirred, dropwise added 50 mL of a 10% mass fraction of HBr in 1, 4- dioxane solution, after completion of the reaction, it was cooled to room temperature and suction filtered to give a solid; The solid was added with 40 mL of H2O for dissolving, 2.11 g of lithium hydroxide monohydrate was added to the mixture, stirred at room temperature for 30 min, then stirred with EtOH for 10 min. suction-filtered to obtain a solid which was washed with a mixture of ethanol and water, filtered, dried, and weighed to give a white solid 8.99g, total yield was 92.04%, and the HPLC content was 98.76%.
