Hengshui Jinghua Chemical Co.,Ltd, the subsidiary plant of Jinghua Group , is specialized in producing sebacic acid . It located in North Industrial Development Zone , North Round Road , Tao Cheng District, Hengshui city, Hebei Province , China .
