Hunan Yuanhang Biology is a high-tech botanical extracts manufacturer founded in 2004 with total investment of US$5 million in China. our plant locates in Hunan Wangcheng Economic Development Zone covering an area of 30 acres and are authorized with self-management import and export rights. we have established effective methods to extract and purify herbs/plants based on quality management system ISO9001/2008, as well as ISO14001/2004,HACCP and KOSHER . Our main products include Chlorogenic acid series(Honeysuckle flower extract, Eucommia leaf extract),Olive leaf extract, Red clover extract,Marigold extract,Grape seed extract,Tea extracts&Instant tea powder etc,over 300 kinds of herbal extracts and herbal formulas of traditional Chinese medicine, and the annual production capability is more than 500 tons. In accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), our workshop is fully equipped with advanced facilities mainly including 4 production lines of extraction, concentration,purification and drying. We have more than 400 sets of equipments, such as raw material pre-treatment equipments, reverse osmosis pure water equipment, dynamic extraction equipment, cryogenic vacuum equipment, two-phase solvent extraction equipment, refining chromatography separation equipment, spray drying equipment, vacuum equipment, and low-temperature drying production equipment. our QA & QC center has a complete set of advanced quality testing equipments, including High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC), Gas Chromatograph (GC), Capillary Electrophoresis(CE), Ultra Violet/Visible Spectroscopy (UV-VIS), Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), and Atomic Absorption(AA).
