Jiangxi Xinghuo Silicone Factory, formerly known as Xinghuo Chemical Factory of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, was founded in 1968. It is a large-scale enterprise producing new chemical materials. After more than 30 years of construction, especially since joining Bluestar, the appearance of the company has changed dramatically. Developed into an enterprise with 200,000 tons/year of organic silicon monomer, 80,000 tons/year of caustic soda and other production equipment. In 1997, the company passed the ISO9002 quality system certification, and some products were exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions. A more complete production system dominated by silicone series products.
Spark Factory began to enter the field of new chemical materials in the early 1980s, and built the largest domestic 10,000-ton organic silicon monomer production plant in the early 1990s. Nowadays, organic silicon monomers and intermediate products have become the leading products. The output of the products always accounts for the largest share of similar products in China, and the products are sold all over the country.
In May 2000, Bluestar Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd., with Jiangxi Xinghuo Silicone Plant as the main body, was successfully listed in China, injecting new vitality into the rapid development of the company. With the continuous improvement of production technology, the company's product output, industrial output value and sales revenue have achieved steady growth year after year, and the organic silicon methyl monomer synthesis technology has reached the world's advanced level.
At the same time, the 5000t/a fumed silica project in the Xinghuo Industrial Park joint venture with Cabot Corporation was completed and put into production on August 16, 2006, and the market competitiveness of Xinghuo products was further improved.
At present, the Xinghuo Plant is committed to the technical transformation of the "20 expansion 30" of the silicone monomer unit and the new integrated construction of an annual output of 200,000 tons of silicone. It is expected that by the end of 2011, the annual output of the silicone plant will reach 500,000 Ton.
