Its predecessor Tongliao Weining Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 and was renamed Inner Mongolia Weiyu Biotech Co., Ltd. in 2012. Weiyu is a high-tech enterprise that engages in scientific research, production and sales. At present, there are 122 employees, and 42 are technicians with college degree or above and 15 are researchers. The company has strong technical force, advanced multifunctional laboratory and inspection or testing equipment. Moreover, it has proprietary intellectual property rights including one invention patent and one utility model patent, that is decanedioic acid,dipotassium salt and disodium sebacate (patent No.: 200510056803.X). Based on the sufficient castor resources and continuous development and innovation of technologies, the enterprise has developed into a deep-processing enterprise of castor oil and derivatives with advanced technologies and top-grade products, and is one of the well-known enterprises in the industry of the world. The enterprise has passed the ISO9001.2008 International Quality System Certification and has self-managerial import and export rights. The company is China's high-quality supplier of castor oil products, which has laid solid foundation for the enterprise's sustainable development. In 2014, it was rated as high-tech enterprise by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In 2015, the company was rated as autonomous region enterprise technology center by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Economic and Information Technolocy Commission. Main products include No.1 castor oil, pharmaceutical castor oil, pressure-resistant castor oil, cold-pressed castor oil, PP grade castor oil, oxidation castor oil, sulfonated castor oil, modified hydrogenated castor oil, castor oil fatty acid, dehydrated castor oil fatty acid, disodium sebacate, dipotassium sebacate, methyl 12-hydroxyoctadecanoate and other castor oil and sebacic acid derivatives. The company implements “ICOA”, “ASTM” international quality standards and national standards. Our products are sold well in about 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. The company has established office in Shanghai for radiating East China and South China markets. Moreover, the products are mainly exported to South America, North America, Western Europe, Japan and other developed and more developed countries. Our castor oil and its sebacic acid derivatives have high reputation in both domestic and foreign markets.
