INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITY:

• Kevys has excellent facilities for the manufacture of its wide range of products. Further, there are integrated sections for production, quality testing, product packaging and storage facilities which assist for organized and timely execution of entire business orders.
• All the manufacturing equipment used to match the latest in the industry.
• All the facilities are equipped with sufficient boiler, chilling plants, hot oil circulation systems, scrubbers, and power generators to cater the needs in case of main power failures and other utilities to cater the existing needs.

The Manufacturing facility consisting of the following: 

Warehouse: The warehouses are well designed for storage of raw materials, reagents solvents. Materials are stored according to the storage condition as per safety data sheet. 

Production Block: The production blocks are designed for production and handling of bulk drugs & intermediates, consists of reactors area in the first floor, centrifuges & filtration area in the ground floor etc. 

Quality: The quality units are responsible for the documentation and record maintenance and analysis of the incoming, in-process and finished products. The facility is well equipped and maintained by experiences personal.
