Hubei Grand Fuchi Chemicals

Hubei Grand Fuchi Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as Fuchi Company) is a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province, and an integrated chemical company that combines fine chemicals, agricultural chemicals, and pharmaceutical chemicals. The company is located in Huangshi City, an industrial city in eastern Hubei Province, adjacent to the Yangtze River's golden waterway, close to the Hurong Expressway and the Jingjiu Railway, with excellent transportation, information, and resource conditions.

The predecessor of the company was the Huanggang Region Fuchi Fertilizer Plant established in 1958. In 1997, it was approved by the Provincial System Reform Commission to be set up as a joint-stock company. In July 2002, as one of the pilot enterprises for property rights system reform in Huanggang City, it transformed from a state-controlled enterprise into a privately-owned joint-stock company. In February 2010, it joined China Grand Group and became a subsidiary controlled by Grand Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuhan Grand Pharmaceutical Group). Fuchi produces products such as Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (tromethamine, TRIS), Tris(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane, Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride (TRIS-HCl), ammonium bisulfite, sodium bisulfite, and imine complexes. Relying on the company’s resources and platform, Hubei Grand Fuchi Import and Export Co., Ltd. was established in 2023 to better serve new and old customers with its products and services.
