Further standardizing the order of cosmetics market in our province
News from our newspaper in order to give full play to the role of supervision and sampling in the detection of cosmetics safety problems and risk prevention and control, and effectively improve the safety and quality of cosmetics, the provincial food and Drug Administration recently launched a comprehensive supervision and sampling of cosmetics in 2020. Through the national and provincial random inspection of key products and key links, potential hidden dangers of cosmetics quality and safety were found in time, targeted remediation and precise supervision were carried out, illegal behaviors in cosmetics production and operation were severely cracked down, the order of cosmetics market was further standardized, and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers were effectively guaranteed.
According to the cosmetics supervision work plan of the State Drug Administration and the actual situation of our province, the provincial drug administration has carefully formulated the annual cosmetics supervision and sampling plan, determined the responsibility division, work task and sampling re inspection content of the supervision and sampling, and put forward specific requirements for the overall sampling work. From the perspective of sampling varieties, this year's sampling varieties not only include 455 batches of 11 kinds of products from China, such as sunscreen, hair dye (oxidation type), infant skin care, etc., but also 60 batches of 4 kinds of products from the province, including enterprise products, hotel / hotel bath products (including unqualified products in sampling inspection in 2019), products from non special record enterprises in the province and products with more adverse reactions of cosmetics in the province Tasks are integrated into the program. Sampling inspection covers different areas such as urban, rural and urban-rural joint. Sampling places include centralized trading places, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, specialty stores, beauty salons and online sales and business units.
