Scotland uses plant sugar to develop 'zero guilt' chocolate
For hundreds of years, chocolate has been a wonderful food that people use to replenish energy and improve mood. But because of its high sugar content, people often bear the lingering sense of guilt while enjoying it!
However, a study in Scotland has finally brought us the "Holy Grail" beyond our reach!
Scientists at Scotland ’s Rural College are currently perfecting a range of high-end chocolates that have the taste and texture of normal chocolate without adding refined sugar that makes people fat. Instead, they collaborated with chocolate makers to use natural plant sugars to meet the rising demand for healthy chocolate products.
