Experts have revealed that how much chocolate you eat every day doesn't harm you

According to Russian satellite network reports, July 11 is World Chocolate Day. Chocolate, as one of the most popular sweets, is very popular, but at the same time, because of its high calorie and sugar content, it needs to be controlled when eating. Experts believe that eating half a plate of dark chocolate every day is not harmful to health, but it's better to eat it in the morning because it's a high-calorie food and contains substances that block sleep. It is reported that experts agree that dark chocolate is more beneficial to human health because of its high content of cocoa beans and more beneficial ingredients.
