Sinopec Raised Investment in Purchasing Chevron South Africa

Sinopec announced that it would raise 500 million USD to invest in the Cape Town Refinery, if South Africa allows. Sinopec planned to purchase 75% of the shares of Chevron South Africa in 900 million USD in March 2017, including the Cape Town Refinery and 850 gas stations.
