Zhangjiajie Plant Extract Industrial Park is under construction
China Cuigu Plant Extraction Industrial Park project relies on Zhangjiajie's rich plant resource endowment conditions to make up for industrial shortcomings and strong chains to supplement the major industrial projects. It has been included in the province's "five 100" implementation plan in 2020.
The project is located in the former Liancheng Village and Yijiazhang Village, Yanghuping Street, Yongding District. The planned total land area is about 3.15 square kilometers and the total construction area is about 3 million square meters. The construction period is estimated to be 8 years. The main construction is the production of plant extracts. Base, R&D center, testing and certification center, incubation center, pilot test platform, standard factory building, supporting the construction of academician workstations, doctoral workstations, expert buildings, talent training centers, public service facilities, etc. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that there will be about 150 enterprises stationed in the plant extraction industrial park, with an annual comprehensive output value of more than 20 billion yuan, and an annual tax of more than 1 billion yuan, which will drive more than 10,000 direct jobs and more than 100,000 radiant jobs.
It is understood that the current project has completed investment of about 200 million yuan, completed the project site selection and the preparation of the area planning and land regulation adjustment plan within the project scope, and submitted it to the provincial people’s government for approval. The provincial government was approved by the provincial government on June 8, 2020. The Department of Natural Resources approved the land regulations for the Huangjinpo Base (520.8 mu) in the first phase of the first phase of the project, implemented feasibility studies, filing, and geological hazard assessment, and launched the first phase of the project’s land acquisition and demolition and "three supplies and one leveling", which is in progress The first phase of the project’s access road improvement and quality improvement and high-voltage pole line relocation, as well as the preliminary design of the first phase of the standard factory building, have docked a group of companies with intention to enter the park.
