Meatless Farm raises $31 million for global expansion

2020-10-19

British plant-based meat brand Meatless Farm has recently raised $31 million from new and existing investors to support its expansion into the UK, US, Europe and Asia.

Meatless Farm plans to use the funds to expand its business in existing markets and further promote the brand, enter new markets, launch new products and further expand its production facility in Canada.

Meatless Farms launched its first product range in 2018 and its products are currently available in four major supermarket chains in the UK, Whole Foods in the US and in other countries/regions. Previously, the company had raised $17 million in funding.

The company is said to be on track to continue its double-digit sales growth in the coming years.
