Supporting Each Other | ECHEMI Employees Voluntarily Raise Funds for Flood Relief in Southern Thailand
At the end of November 2025, continuous heavy rainfall caused severe flooding in many parts of southern Thailand. Floodwaters inundated communities, roads, and farmland, damaging some infrastructure and affecting residents’ daily lives and livelihoods to varying degrees. In response to this sudden natural disaster, local authorities and society at large quickly launched relief efforts to ensure the basic living needs and safety of affected residents.
As a company that has long operated in Thailand, ECHEMI has deep roots in the local community and maintains close connections with its employees and neighborhoods. Following the floods, the company and its employees closely monitored the situation.
To contribute in their own way, ECHEMI employees voluntarily organized a fundraising campaign and, on behalf of ECHEMI (Thailand) Co., Ltd., donated to local disaster relief authorities. The initiative aimed to express gratitude and support for the rescue personnel working to safeguard residents, coordinate relief efforts, and assist affected communities. ECHEMI employees expressed hope that the funds would provide practical help to those in urgent need and support the frontline rescuers during critical moments.
This donation campaign received enthusiastic support from employees across the globe, including in China, Thailand, and the United States. Despite being in different locations, employees’ care and goodwill transcended geographical boundaries, uniting with the company’s efforts to convey a shared message of solidarity to the disaster-stricken areas.
Disasters will eventually pass, but recovery takes time. All ECHEMI employees sincerely wish the affected areas in southern Thailand a speedy return to normal life and for communities to regain vitality. Looking ahead, they remain committed to watching out for one another, transcending distances, and spreading warmth wherever possible.
