Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett. | PROTAC targets FLT-3 and c-KIT: a new approach to leukemia treatment

Recently, the research group of Qingzhi of the School of Pharmacy of Tianjin University and the research group of Sang Feng of the School of Life Sciences and Medical Sciences of Shandong University of Technology jointly published a degradant (PROTAC 3) that can target FLT-5 and c-KIT proteins simultaneously in Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters, as a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor that can be used for the treatment of leukemia.
