Net profit cut in half! The revenue of Shanghai Huayi Group in 2022 fell 2.97% year-on-year to 38.511 billion yuan
Shanghai Huayi Group released its 2022 annual report on April 4. In 2022, Shanghai Huayi Group achieved a total of 38.511 billion yuan in main business revenue, down 2.97% year on year, net profit attributable to the parent company of 1.281 billion yuan, down 56.83% year on year, net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 874 million yuan after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, down 66.69% year on year.
Huayi Group said that the decrease in net profit is mainly due to the impact of the chemical industry market environment, the sale price of the main products caused by a sharp decline.
Among them, the fine chemical business of Huayi Group produced 34,700 tons of paint and resin, and the operating income was 969 million yuan, down 3.52% year-on-year.
Huayi Group expects that the domestic paint industry will actively promote the high-end upgrading of the industry. It is expected that in 2023, the paint market will continue to grow with the recovery of downstream consumption and investment. At the same time, the industry will develop in the direction of intensification and specialization, pay more attention to the development of specialized and special new products, and strengthen the innovation of low carbon and environmental protection. The company accelerated the development of high solid, water-based and other environmental protection coatings, and actively broke into the green and low-carbon, high-end coatings market; At the same time, we will continuously enrich the specialized chemicals business and promote the development of downstream business.
