During the reporting period, the company achieved an operating revenue of 90,0445,600 yuan, an increase of 7.54% compared with the same period last year. Net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent company was 14,508,300 yuan, an increase of 15.38% over the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 131,483,900 yuan, an increase of 18.39% over the same period last year. Earnings per share was 1.07 yuan, down 6.14% from the same period last year. Excluding non-recurring gains and losses, earnings per share were 0.97 yuan, down 3.96% from the same period last year; Total assets: 1,56,494,800 yuan, net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company: 1,086,352,700 yuan.

One was the construction project of production line of new green pesticide formulation and 30,000 t/a water-soluble fertilizer in Weinan.
Second, the construction project of pesticide technical and intermediate production line with 20,000 t/a was launched in Weinan. At the same time, accurately grasp the market trend, increase the incremental market development of high value-added pesticide products, the company's market competitiveness has been further improved.
