Ningxia Wanbo Biological’s project of 13,500 t/a Triazole sodium and Sulfamide was put into operation

Recently, Ningxia Wanbo Biotechnology disclosed that the company's project of 13,500 t/a Triazole sodium and Sulfamide in the Fine Chemical Industry zone of Ningxia Pingluo Industrial Park has been put into normal operation.

In August 2018, Ningxia Wanbo began to build the project of 13,500 t/a Triazole sodium and Sulfamide. Subsequently, on September 17, 2019, it obtained the approval of Ningxia Pingluo Industrial Park Management Committee on the Environmental Impact Report of Ningxia Wanbo's project of 13,500 t/a Triazole sodium and Sulfamide ([No. 201919]), and started construction of the project. The project is a newly built project, which can produce 10,000 t of Triazole sodium, 500t of Benzoic acid-2-(aminosulfonyl)- 4-iodomethyl ester, 500t of 1H-Pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid,, 500t of 4-Dihydro-5-methyl-2-phenyl-3H-1, and 1,000 t 2-aminosulfonyl-N annually after completion. The total investment of the project is 240 million yuan, of which 59.56 million yuan is invested in environmental protection, accounting for 24.11% of the total investment. At present, all production lines and supporting environmental protection facilities have been built in the project, and the products involved have been planned to be put into normal operation.

Ningxia Wanbo, founded in 2017, is located in Ningxia Pingluo Industrial Park, engaged in the production and sales of chemical products. The company is mainly engaged in the technical and intermediates of  Thiencarbazone –methyl, Flucarbazone-sodium, 2,4-Dihydro-5-methyl-2-phenyl-3H-1, Halosulfuron-methyl, 1H-Pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid,Benzoic acid-2-(aminosulfonyl)- 4-iodomethyl ester and other products.

Ningxia Wanbo is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Weifang Wanbo Chemical. Founded in 2006, Shandong Weifang Wanbo is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research and production of pesticide intermediates and fine chemical products.
