Guang 'an Bimeida's PMIDA project is a major industrial project in Sichuan Province. The engineering design contract signed by Guang 'an Bimeida and China Chengda can ensure that the design tasks can be completed on schedule and with high quality, and further promote the engineering construction of Guang 'an Bimeida project towards a more scientific, efficient and professional road, and to become the benchmark of the PMIDA industry with the international advanced technology level.

In April 2022, Hebang signed a contract with Guang 'an City to build Guang 'an Bimeida 500,000-ton/year PMIDA project. The project conforms to the national strategic needs, industrial policies and development direction, undertakes the important mission of ensuring national food security and agricultural ecological security, and has good market prospects and economic benefits. After the completion of the project, the company's production capacity of PMIDA will be further improved, becoming the world's leading enterprise of PMIDA products, and its comprehensive strength and profitability will be further enhanced. After more than a year of progress, the project has successfully completed the feasibility study report and obtained the record, environmental assessment, energy assessment, safety assessment and other procedures, and entered the project design and equipment ordering stage.
