Electrolyte Solvent Giant Haicenxin Yuan Successfully Listed on ChiNext Board
On July 7th, Shandong Haicenxin Yuan Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haicenxin", stock code "301292") was successfully listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The total number of shares publicly issued was 55,740,795, and the total amount of funds raised was approximately RMB 1.11 billion, which will help Haicenxin enhance its brand advantages and achieve a virtuous cycle of high-quality development.
Haicenxin is one of the world's leading manufacturers of electrolyte solvents for the new energy field of lithium-ion batteries. With 21 years of accumulated industry-leading core technology, a complete product line, and strict quality management, it occupies a leading position in the electrolyte solvent industry and its products have entered mainstream domestic and international markets. It is reported that for many years, Haicenxin has always adhered to independent innovation and independent research and development. At present, it has electronic-grade dimethyl carbonate, methyl ethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, and other products, with a complete range of electrolyte solvent products. Production bases have been established in Dongying, Shandong, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, and Yichang, Hubei, and subsidiaries and off-site warehouses have been set up in Europe. It can provide integrated services to downstream new energy industry customers and has strong competitive advantages in the electrolyte solvent industry.
Currently, Haicenxin's products have entered well-known lithium-ion battery electrolyte manufacturers such as Tinci Materials, BYD, Guotaihongrui, Central Glass, and South Korea's ENCHEM. Among them, Tinci Materials, Guotaihongrui, ENCHEM and other end customers are global well-known lithium-ion battery manufacturers such as CATL, LG, Samsung SDI, and Panasonic.
At the same time, Haicenxin is also one of the main independent producers of high-end propylene glycol and dipropylene glycol in China, with industry entry qualifications such as food production licenses, pharmaceutical excipient CDE registration numbers, and cosmetics raw material safety submission codes. Its products have strong competitiveness in the market and effectively promote the import substitution of China's pharmaceutical excipient propylene glycol, food additive propylene glycol, fragrance and flavor grade dipropylene glycol, and cosmetic grade 1,3-butanediol. This industry segment will continue to solidify Haicenxin's second growth point in performance.
In the future, the continued growth of global new energy vehicle sales will continue to drive demand for battery-grade DMC and other solvents. Haicenxin, with the industry trend and capital strength, will accelerate the promotion of enterprise growth, expand its business scale, and establish a higher-quality brand image, relying on long-term stable cooperation with customers in the new energy industry and the advantages of core industry research and development products.
