Jiejia Weichuang Plans to Raise Funds for Industrialization Project of Perovskite and Perovskite Layering Equipment
On the evening of July 2nd, Jiejia Weichuang announced that it plans to raise a total of no more than 961 million yuan for investment in the industrialization project of perovskite and perovskite layering equipment, as well as for supplementary working capital.
According to the announcement, Jiejia Weichuang plans to use 686 million yuan of the raised funds to construct an industrialization project of perovskite and perovskite layering equipment in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a construction period of 2.5 years. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to produce 160 sets of magnetron sputtering coating equipment, 119 sets of reactive plasma coating equipment, and 60 sets of vacuum evaporation equipment annually.
Jiejia Weichuang stated that the implementation of this project will help enhance the company's competitiveness in the field of high-efficiency new solar cell equipment, especially in the field of perovskite and perovskite layering cell equipment. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to have a post-tax internal rate of return of 33.07% and good economic benefits.
Jiejia Weichuang stated that perovskite and perovskite layering cells have broad market space in both equipment and application, and are currently in the stage of small-scale trial production. This project is conducive to promoting the maturity and large-scale production of the company's perovskite cell equipment technology and seizing market opportunities.
