The leather produced has the characteristics of high shrinkage temperature, good elasticity, resistance to flexing, washing resistance, solidity and durability. The chromium tanning agent is mainly basic chromium sulfate. The manufacturing method is to use dextrose anhydrous as a reducing agent and reduce dichromate into basic chromium sulfate in a sulfuric acid solution to prepare a chromium tanning liquid. After the tanning liquid is concentrated and dried, a powdery chromium tanning agent can be obtained.

 

Adding dextrose anhydrous in sewage treatment can better cultivate bacteria and improve the biodegradability of sewage. As a nutrient source for sludge in sewage treatment, the effect is faster than urea. If the COD and BOD in the operating system are not enough to support the growth and reproduction of bacteria, additions are needed to prevent the sludge from aging and reducing biological activity.

 

Dextrose anhydrous plays a very important role in stabilizing water quality. For example, in sewage containing nitrite and phosphorus, dextrose anhydrous powder can be used for coordination effects, which can increase the intensity of corrosion inhibition.

 

If people conduct experiments on different water sources, they first use a small amount of industrial dextrose anhydrous to find the most suitable dosage. Usually, the company's production process will use a 1:5 ratio of solids and clean water. Complete the dissolution process first, then add water for dilution.
