Peng Mou and Huang Mou are fellow villagers, opened a factory in Hunan to produce and operate water-based coatings, adhesives and other products.

At the end of August, Fengxian police in possession of sufficient evidence, with the cooperation of the police in other provinces and cities, successfully cracked down on the counterfeit production and sale of counterfeit gangs, arrested 6 suspects, seized more than 9,000 fake paint additive brand labels of various models, paint additive barrels more than 300 barrels, involving more than 9 million yuan.

After the case, the suspect Huang Mou, Peng Mou two people confessed to the crime. In 2021, Peng found that the sales performance of his own production of paint auxiliaries was not ideal, and the online store often had customers who asked whether it had an imported brand of paint auxiliaries.
