AquaChemie opens chemical plant in KEZAD
AquaChemie Global Chemicals has inaugurated its state-of-the-art chemical manufacturing, storage and blending facility in Khalifa Economic Zones, Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), marking a major step in boosting local industrial capabilities and supporting the UAE’s ‘Make it in the Emirates’ initiative.
Located at KEZAD Al Ma’mourah, the $24.5 million, 25,800 square metre facility is designed to meet global safety and environmental standards and produces a wide range of liquid and solid industrial chemicals for ADNOC and other key customers. The investment improves supply chain resilience, reduces reliance on imports and promotes sustainable regional manufacturing.
AquaChemie has direct access to Khalifa Port and KEZAD’s multimodal logistics network, enabling efficient regional and global distribution. KEZAD continues to attract leading industrial players with its competitive ecosystem, infrastructure and tailored business solutions, reinforcing its position as a preferred destination for global investment.
